Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our procurement team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.Duties<ul><li>Coordinate procurement activities by managing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies aligned with production schedules.</li><li>Process requisitions, track inventory levels, and maintain accurate procurement records.</li><li>Source suppliers through strategic sourcing initiatives, evaluate vendor performance, and develop strong vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to maximize value while minimizing risks.</li><li>Oversee supply chain operations by collaborating with logistics teams to optimize transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory management strategies.</li><li>Conduct regular supplier evaluations and manage vendor performance metrics to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.</li><li>Support inventory management efforts by maintaining optimal stock levels, reducing excess inventory, and implementing effective inventory control procedures.</li><li>Assist in contract management activities including drafting, reviewing, renewing agreements, and ensuring adherence to legal standards.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, finance, and quality teams to streamline procurement processes and improve overall supply chain efficiency.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.</li><li>Proven experience in procurement management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.</li><li>Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS for procurement and inventory control functions.</li><li>Excellent vendor management skills with a track record of building productive supplier relationships.</li><li>Experience in logistics coordination and supply chain optimization practices.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills coupled with a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Familiarity with procurement policies, supply chain regulations, and compliance standards is highly desirable.
