Location: NM Studio &ndash; Upper East Side &amp; Upper West SidePosition Type: Part-TimeAbout Us NM Studio is a contemporary Pilates studio offering reformer-based classes for clients of all levels, including beginner, intermediate, advanced, and pre &amp; postnatal. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where movement, wellness, and community come together.We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media &amp; Marketing Coordinator who is currently pursuing, or has recently completed, studies in marketing, communications, or content creation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow with a small, dynamic wellness business.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram and other social platforms</li><li>Capture in-studio photos and short-form video content (classes, instructors, studio environment)</li><li>Create Reels, Stories, and posts highlighting classes, instructors, studio culture, and events</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social platforms</li><li>Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages when appropriate</li></ul>Content Planning<ul><li>Develop and maintain a biweekly or monthly content calendar outlining upcoming posts, campaigns, and promotions</li><li>Share the content schedule with management for review and planning</li><li>Ensure marketing efforts align with studio promotions, events, and partnerships</li></ul>Digital Advertising<ul><li>Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) campaigns</li><li>Track performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase reach, leads, and conversions</li><li>Prior experience managing ads for businesses, brands, or organizations (small or large) is preferred</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Promotions<ul><li>Assist in promoting studio events, workshops, and special offers</li><li>Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives and branding efforts.</li></ul>Community &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Help identify potential collaborations with local businesses, wellness brands, and community organizations</li><li>Assist with outreach for partnerships, events, or studio activations</li><li>Support planning of in-studio or community events</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, media, or content creation</li><li>Experience managing Instagram accounts and creating short-form content</li><li>Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to plan content in advance</li><li>Interest in wellness, fitness, and lifestyle brands</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Part-time position</li><li>Hourly Rate: $20&ndash;$30 per hour, depending on experience</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you currently have experience managing social media accounts?</li><li>Would you be able to share a short portfolio?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10065
