The company manages sourcing, inventory, and local distribution, offering competitive procurement, timely deliveries, and after-sales support to industrial, hospitality, and retail clients.Network Administrator &mdash; Doha, QatarOverviewDesign, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and security infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure connectivity across offices and datacenters in Doha.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Network design &amp; implementation</li><li>Plan and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless controllers; implement network segmentation and redundancy.</li><li>Operations &amp; troubleshooting</li><li>Monitor network performance, diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, perform packet analysis, and manage capacity planning.</li><li>Security &amp; access control</li><li>Configure and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, NAC, and secure remote access; enforce network security policies and assist incident response.</li><li>WAN &amp; connectivity management</li><li>Manage ISP relationships, MPLS/SD-WAN, leased lines, bandwidth allocation, and failover arrangements.</li><li>Wireless &amp; mobility</li><li>Design and support enterprise Wi‑Fi (site surveys, controller/AP tuning), guest networks, and roaming performance.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; automation</li><li>Implement and maintain NMS/monitoring (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios), alerting, and automation (Ansible, Python) for repeatable tasks.</li><li>Configuration &amp; change management</li><li>Maintain network documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and perform controlled changes with rollback plans.</li><li>Backup, DR &amp; compliance</li><li>Support backup connectivity, disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.</li><li>Vendor &amp; project management</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support escalations, and lead network projects and upgrades.</li><li>Mentoring &amp; support</li><li>Provide L2/L3 support, escalate to vendors or architects as needed, and mentor junior network staff.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Experience: 3+ years network administration/engineering experience; GCC/Qatar exposure preferred.</li><li>Technical skills: Cisco/Juniper/Arista switching &amp; routing, firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, ASA), VPN, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, QoS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi technologies.</li><li>Tools &amp; automation: Familiarity with NMS (SolarWinds/PRTG), packet capture (Wireshark), and scripting/automation (Python, Ansible).</li><li>Certifications (preferred): CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE.</li><li>Soft skills: Strong troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and on-call readiness.</li></ul>Success metrics<ul><li>Network uptime: &ge;99.9% SLA (adjust per role).</li><li>MTTR: minimize mean time to repair for incidents.</li><li>Change success rate: high percentage of changes without rollback.</li><li>Performance KPIs: low packet loss, acceptable latency, and bandwidth utilization within thresholds.</li><li>Security: timely remediation of critical network vulnerabilities.</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل, دائمالراتب المدفوع: QAR٢٠٫١٠&nbsp;لكل ساعةموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
