Job Description<ul><li>Collaborate with stake holders to define business requirements and goals.</li><li>Analyse the requirements in order to identify gaps and improvement opportunities</li><li>Create process flows, wireframes, BRDs, FRDs, and other documentation as needed</li><li>Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and development teams to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria</li><li>Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities. Staying up to date on the latest process and practices in IT to automate and modernize systems</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualification<ul><li>Min Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT or CS. Min 1 year hands on experience as Business Analyst</li></ul>Must Have:<ul><li>Min 1 year of proven experience as Business/System Analyst (US healthcare &amp; IT industry will be a plus)</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Hands on MS SQL, Tableau, Figma, Balsamiq or similar flowcharting and mock-up tools</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Familiar with JIRA/Azure DevOps.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
