Junior Business Analyst

Job Description

• Collaborate with stake holders to define business requirements and goals.
• Analyse the requirements in order to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Create process flows, wireframes, BRDs, FRDs, and other documentation as needed
• Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and development teams to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities. Staying up to date on the latest process and practices in IT to automate and modernize systems

Skills & Qualification

• Min Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS. Min 1 year hands on experience as Business Analyst

Must Have:

• Min 1 year of proven experience as Business/System Analyst (US healthcare & IT industry will be a plus)
• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Hands on MS SQL, Tableau, Figma, Balsamiq or similar flowcharting and mock-up tools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiar with JIRA/Azure DevOps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
