The Performance Lead is responsible for aligning project delivery with customer expectations, driving consistency across all crews, and sharing Lessons Learned across the global fleet.
 
 
 
 Required Skills And Qualifications

 3+ years of experience as a Driller (Offshore Drilling Rig).
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of drilling processes and operational improvement strategies.
 </li>

 Proficiency in LEAN methodology, especially the PDSA cycle.

 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and relationship building.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Performance Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Make on site observations and recordings during operation
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership of recording actual hours, non-productive time (NPT), and invisible lost time (ILT) in the Lookahead.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and post key performance indicators like the drilling curve and weekly NPT and ILT graphs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use performance monitoring systems to identify and develop Performance Improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with improvement to IADC reporting details and consistency as it relates to KPIs and NPT.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Continuous Improvement And LEAN Application
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement LEAN principles and the PDSA cycle for continuous operational improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate after action reviews (AARs), pre-phase meetings, and lessons learned sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Store and centralize all AARs, lessons learned, and continuous improvement process documentation.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Customer Engagement And Relationship Management

 Engage with customers to align on project deliverables and expectations.

 Establish and maintain strong relationships for future contract opportunities.

 Administrative And Support Duties

 Ensure consistency in the format of performance meeting action trackers and periodic reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and update the lessons learned tracker, ensuring lessons are not re-learned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on- and ensure timely close out of open actions in the action tracker.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Position Location
 
 
 
 This role is based offshore and requires flexibility to work in various international locations as dictated by project demands.

Performance Lead

<div>
 Responsible for maintenance and repair of MODU electronic control and support systems, electronic components and component interface systems. Monitors all rig electronic systems operation and troubleshoots and repairs as necessary for operations. Provide technical support for electronic systems to ensure achievement of rig efficiency and client objectives. Provide specific focus on systems that will keep maintenance operations running effectively and avoid down time. Implement and uphold safety and environmental compliance requirements. Assist the Technical Supervisor with effective maintenance procedures and ensure that the Noble Maintenance System is effectively utilized. Assist the Electrician and Subsea Engineer as directed by the Technical Supervisor to support on-going operations.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recognized trade qualification from technical college/apprenticeship or equivalent preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of demonstrated or documented experience as an Electronics Technician on a MODU.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completion of all training requirements for the position within designated time period.
 </li>
 <li>
 If working on DP Semi-submersibles, Flag State Maintenance Supervisor license is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Superior troubleshooting skills and techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete understanding and use of the Noble Maintenance System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, motivate and mentor others to and develop their skills and knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to understand and interact with diverse groups and operations and to recognize and resolve conflict.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Install, maintain and repair all electronic equipment onboard the rig.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all incomplete repairs and maintenance projects are finished in a safe manner, within the scheduled time frame, accurately, and in an efficient manner in order to keep the backlog of work to a minimum.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that equipment failure is kept to a minimum and within contractual limits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that entries on permits, isolation tags and logs accurately reflect the current status of equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular inspections of work sites and ensure the work is being done within the confines of the permit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure tracking of all programmable logic controls and software versions and update as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained onboard the rig in all work areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain good two-way communication with crew members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the development of newly appointed team members.
 </li>
 <li>

 </ul>
 
 If Working On DP Semi-submersibles
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for the rig's maintenance system including creation, distribution, assignment and verification of planned corrective work orders within the Electronics Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise others of modifications, changes to procedures and/or frequencies which will improve the Noble Maintenance System and be in compliance with the Management of Change System on an ongoing basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in daily departmental meetings at each shift change to discuss and inform personnel of safety and general issues concerning the maintenance department.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 HEALTH, SAFETY &amp; ENVIRONMENTAL

 Implement and uphold Noble's safety policies and procedures.
