OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis.Duties<ul><li>Inventory Reconciliation</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Support calendar management and schedule appointments for staff members or executives</li><li>Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support invoice processing</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously</li><li>Manage incoming emails, correspondence, and coordinate office communications effectively</li><li>Prior office experience or clerical background with demonstrated organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred</li><li>Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is advantageous</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly</li></ul>This vibrant opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative skills while supporting a collaborative team.
