As a UI/UX Designer, you will work with development teams to build intuitive interfaces for forensic and investigative applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that enable analysts and investigators to effectively interact with complex data analysis and visualization tools across multiple enterprise applications.</p><p><b>

Work with development teams to build mock-ups of intuitive interfaces</li><li>
Ensure consistent look and feel across case management development teams</li><li>
Review user experience feedback and implement improvements</li><li>
Develop and maintain style guides and design systems</li><li>
Implement responsive designs based on current best practices</li><li>
Ensure 508 compliance for all user interfaces</li><li>
Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities</li><li>
Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between UI and data services</li><li>
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions</li><li>
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups</li><li>
Develop user flows and journey maps to optimize the user experience</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<br>

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.</li><li>
US Citizenship is required.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 8 years of experience of experience OR Associate degree with 11 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 14 years of experience,</li><li>
Minimum of 8 years of experience in UI/UX design</li><li>
Experience with SAFe Agile Framework and Agile methodologies</li><li>
Understanding of forensic and investigative application requirements</li><li>
Demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise applications</li><li>

UI/UX Designer - Senior

<div>Responsibilities:
<div>
This <b>CAD Designer/Drafter </b>will focus on supporting NAVWAR clients, providing comprehensive engineering documentation and technical drawing support for globally-distributed naval information technology infrastructure. The candidate will develop and maintain detailed technical drawings and documentation for complex IT systems, network architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks while ensuring compliance with government and industry standards. The position supports engineering services for Navy Enterprise Networks with emphasis on creating mature work products that facilitate system implementation, troubleshooting, security assessment, and sustainment of fielded IT systems across the naval enterprise.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Create, edit, and maintain engineering documentation packages and installation drawings for globally-distributed Naval Enterprise Networks</li><li>
Support Information Technology engineering functions across the full IT Lifecycle including infrastructure, network systems, and enterprise management services</li><li>
Develop technical documentation for complex system specifications, interfaces, and performance parameters</li><li>
Perform peer review and QA of drawings to ensure compliance with Government and industry standards</li><li>
Assist with installation processes and procedures documentation to provide mature work products</li><li>
Support engineering documentation for cyber security assessments, authorization, and Risk Management Framework</li><li>
Collaborate with systems engineers, network engineers, and IT specialists on technical documentation</li><li>
Conduct online research for equipment specifications when required</li><li>
Implement changes to drafts promptly based on feedback from engineering, clients, and shipyards</li><li>
Work under tight scheduling to successfully develop and deliver drawings within schedule requirements</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of technical documentation and CAD design experience (OR Associate's Degree and 6+ years OR High School diploma and 9+ years)</div><br>

Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
