Your Expertise is Needed. We're seeking innovators and problem solvers across all aspects of the research and development lifecycle, including but not limited to the following fields:

Systems Engineers: focus on structuring requirements and facilitating innovation in cutting-edge technologies

Sensors and Platform SMEs: operational experts with understanding of sensing technologies and data processing specifically around X-ray and radio frequency (RF) technologies, biodefense, biometrics, autonomy, and systems of systems

Many positions within this program requires staff to be in-person at the DHS client site in Washington, DC (Anacostia metro station) and at additional locations in the National Capital Region as needed in accordance with the requirements of the contract and may require up to five (5) days per week. Required Qualifications:
- There are multiple levels of opportunities for both experienced Subject Matter experts and upcoming early and mid-career professionals. Most roles do require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience using Microsoft products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Applicants selected must be eligible to receive DHS Suitability and a Secret Clearance. Some roles may require a Top Secret or higher clearance.

Desired Qualifications:
- Interest in learning about and researching new technical areas and comfortable with data-driven environments; the right candidate will ask questions and seek to understand both technical and programmatic issues to apply to the project.

Experience facilitating resolution of customer requirements/needs, including helping to identify and document capability gaps, formulate and develop solutions, and participate in and contribute to strategic discussions.

Demonstrated experience distilling complex topics, as well as developing and delivering briefings on technical topics.

Experience developing professional rapport and relationships throughout an organization.

Proven results-oriented, proactive problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and function productively in the face of new assignments and the re-prioritization of existing assignments.

Experience providing guidance, feedback, and consulting services to federal program managers.

Active Security Clearance and DHS Suitability are preferred.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range: USD $65,200.00 - USD $228,400.00 /Yr.
