<div>The Billing/AP Specialist will be responsible for generating accurate and timely invoices, recording vendor invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.</div>
<div></div><div><b>What You Will Do</b></div>
<ul><li>Prepare and generate invoices based on sales orders, contracts, and service agreements.</li>
<li>Verify the accuracy of billing information and ensure compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Enter billing data into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing records.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, discrepancies, or payment-related questions.</li>
<li>Reconcile billing records with sales orders, contracts, and other relevant documentation.</li>
<li>Prepare and monitor customer billing files to ensure accurate timely billing</li>
<li>Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to gather necessary information for billing/payables.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to streamline billing/accounts payable processes and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Review, verify, and process invoices for accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices and adherence to company policies.</li>
<li>Assist with preparation of weekly check run.</li>
<li>Assist in tracking and managing accounts payable by preparing aging reports and following up past due vendor invoices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to resolve any payment, billing, or financial discrepancies, providing clear and effective communication.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining and updating accurate records of financial transactions, including filing invoices, receipts, and other relevant documentation.</li>
<li>Support audits by gathering documentation and information as required.</li>
<li>Maintain and update accounting software systems, ensuring data is current and accurate</li>
<li>Identify areas for process improvement in the accounting workflow and contribute ideas for increased efficiency.</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed.</li>

<ul><li>2 year business degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred</li>
<li>2 years experience in billing, invoicing or a related financial role.</li>
<li>The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment</li>
<li>Proficient in using billing software and accounting systems</li>
<li>Strong data entry and numerical skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling billing records.</li>
<li>Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.</li>
<li>Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>

<div><div>NOCO is seeking a highly organized and proactive Residential Assistant to support the Vice President of Residential and the broader residential leadership team.</div>
<div>This role serves as a key administrative and coordination partner for the residential business unit. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.</div>
<div></div><div>The Residential Assistant will help ensure the residential team operates efficiently by supporting scheduling, communication, reporting, and project coordination across residential sales, operations, and internal departments. This role plays an important part in keeping leadership initiatives, operational priorities, and team communication moving forward</div>
</div><div></div><div><b>What You Will Do</b></div>
<ul><li>Provide administrative and coordination support to the Vice President of Residential</li>
<li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications</li>
<li>Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings and operational reviews</li>
<li>Assist in tracking key residential initiatives, projects, and follow-up action items</li>
<li>Coordinate communication between residential sales, operations, and other internal departments</li>
<li>Maintain organized records, documents, and reporting files for the residential business unit</li>
<li>Assist in compiling operational and sales reports, performance metrics, and summary dashboards</li>
<li>Support planning and coordination of residential meetings, training sessions, and team events</li>
<li>Track project timelines, leadership priorities, and key deliverables to ensure follow-through</li>
<li>Assist with preparation of internal communications and updates for the residential team</li>
<li>Help coordinate sales and operational initiatives to ensure alignment across the residential business unit</li>
<li>Support data gathering and reporting related to residential sales performance and operational activity</li>
<li>Assist leadership in monitoring progress on strategic priorities and departmental goals</li>
<li>Provide general administrative and operational support for residential leadership as needed</li>
<li>Act as the site contact for vendors</li>
