Position: Office Assistant - Residential Services
Location: Tonawanda, NY
Compensation: $28-$32/hour, based on experience
What We Are Looking For
NOCO is seeking a highly organized and proactive Residential Assistant to support the Vice President of Residential and the broader residential leadership team.
This role serves as a key administrative and coordination partner for the residential business unit. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
The Residential Assistant will help ensure the residential team operates efficiently by supporting scheduling, communication, reporting, and project coordination across residential sales, operations, and internal departments. This role plays an important part in keeping leadership initiatives, operational priorities, and team communication moving forward
What You Will Do
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Vice President of Residential
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings and operational reviews
  • Assist in tracking key residential initiatives, projects, and follow-up action items
  • Coordinate communication between residential sales, operations, and other internal departments
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and reporting files for the residential business unit
  • Assist in compiling operational and sales reports, performance metrics, and summary dashboards
  • Support planning and coordination of residential meetings, training sessions, and team events
  • Track project timelines, leadership priorities, and key deliverables to ensure follow-through
  • Assist with preparation of internal communications and updates for the residential team
  • Help coordinate sales and operational initiatives to ensure alignment across the residential business unit
  • Support data gathering and reporting related to residential sales performance and operational activity
  • Assist leadership in monitoring progress on strategic priorities and departmental goals
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for residential leadership as needed
  • Act as the site contact for vendors

What You Will Need
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or operational support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across the organization
