If a customer has a doubt or a problem, you&rsquo;re the one fixing it.</li><li>Manage Shipping: You&rsquo;ll own the logistics. Tracking orders, talking to couriers, and making sure every package gets delivered on time.</li><li>Sales (Cart Recovery): Call people who almost bought from us but didn't finish. Your goal is to help them complete the order.</li><li>Creator Outreach: Find cool creators and reach out to them to get our products in their hands.</li><li>Pack &amp; Label: Sometimes you&rsquo;ll need to be hands-on in the office&mdash;sticking labels and packing boxes to make sure orders go out fast.</li></ul>Noctix is scaling fast.
