Senior SEO Specialist (Remote)Job Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Flexible)We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to join our remote team. This is a senior-level role requiring strong expertise in Local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) management, International SEO, AI-driven search ecosystems, and high-quality SEO content creation.<ul><li>We&rsquo;re not looking for someone who &ldquo;does SEO.&rdquo;</li><li>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who owns growth through search.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and execute advanced on-page and off-page SEO strategies</li><li>Own and optimize Local SEO campaigns, including Google Business Profile (GBP) management</li><li>Develop and implement International SEO strategies (multi-region / multi-language websites)</li><li>Optimize websites for LLM visibility and AI-driven search ecosystems</li><li>Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies</li><li>Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor analysis</li><li>Write and optimize high-quality, SEO-driven content (blogs, landing pages, service pages)</li><li>Develop and execute white-hat link building and off-page SEO campaigns</li><li>Improve technical SEO, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability</li><li>Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance metrics and provide strategic insights</li><li>Prepare detailed reports and confidently communicate results to clients</li><li>You will not be micromanaged.</li><li>You will be expected to deliver measurable growth.</li></ul>What Makes You an A-Player<ul><li>4+ years of proven SEO results (not just tasks completed)</li><li>You&rsquo;ve ranked competitive local keywords in real markets</li><li>You&rsquo;ve handled Google Business Profiles at scale</li><li>You understand International SEO beyond basic hreflang setup</li><li>You can write SEO content that ranks and converts</li><li>You&rsquo;ve built quality backlinks that move rankings</li><li>You understand how search is evolving with AI and LLMs</li><li>You think in strategy, not just checklists</li><li>You take ownership and communicate confidently with clients</li><li>If you need constant direction, this role isn&rsquo;t for you.</li><li>If you want to lead, build, and win, we want to talk.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get<ul><li>Real ownership over strategy</li><li>High-level growth exposure</li><li>Flexible remote environment</li></ul>Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
