Digital Marketing & Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Business Growth Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team on-site in Mingora, Swat. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online growth. You will plan and execute our overall digital strategy, which includes building SEO campaigns to get free Google traffic, running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to find buyers, and developing smart business strategies to discover new market opportunities. Working our evening shift (4 PM to 1 AM), you will focus heavily on reaching international clients, tracking sales data, and helping our business scale.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Run Paid Ads: Create, monitor, and improve daily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to get the best return on our budget.
• Grow Free Traffic (SEO): Research keywords, optimize website text, and fix basic technical issues to help our website rank higher on Google.
• Plan Growth Strategies: Brainstorm new ideas to find clients, improve our sales process, and grow the business.
• Track Results: Use Google Analytics and platform data to see what is working, and share simple weekly progress reports with the team.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience running paid ads and doing SEO.
• Tools: Basic hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (like Ahrefs or SEMrush).
• Language: Good written and spoken English skills to connect with international audiences.
• Work Style: A problem solver who enjoys tracking numbers and learning new marketing trends.
• Availability: Ready to work on-site at our Mingora office during the 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM shift.
