Job DescriptionRetail Marketing and Operations Manager who can both drive in-store sales and execute marketing that brings customers into the store.This is a hands-on role. You will work on the sales floor, lead the team, and execute weekly marketing efforts including email, content, and events. Oversee Assistant Manager and retail team.If you like selling, moving fast, and directly impacting revenue, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales &amp; Store Operations<ul><li>Work scheduled shifts on the sales floor</li><li>Drive daily sales performance and hit store revenue goals</li><li>Coach team on selling (conversion, UPT, AOV)</li><li>Accountable to sucessfull visual merchandising and store standards</li><li>Manage assistant managers and day-to-day operations</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Traffic Generation<ul><li>Execute weekly email and SMS campaigns (Klaviyo)</li><li>Post daily Instagram Stories focused on driving store traffic</li><li>Plan and execute in-store events and pop-ups</li><li>Coordinate local partnerships and community outreach</li><li>Assist with press outreach and promotional campaigns</li><li>Create simple, fast content (iPhone-level is fine)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years retail sales or store management experience</li><li>Comfortable selling and engaging with customers daily</li><li>Strong execution skills (you get things done, not just planned)</li><li>Basic understanding of email marketing and social media</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Available to work weekends and peak retail hours</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience with Shopify POS</li><li>Experience with Klaviyo (email/SMS)</li><li>Event planning or local marketing experience</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Incentives<ul><li>Based on experience</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Store consistently hits or exceeds sales targets</li><li>Events drive measurable revenue</li><li>Emails and promotions are executed weekly without gaps</li><li>Store traffic and conversion improve over time</li><li>Retail Operations are running smoothly</li></ul>Who Should Apply<ul><li>You enjoy selling and being on the floor</li><li>You like owning results, not just tasks</li><li>You can balance operations and marketing execution</li><li>You take initiative and move quickly</li></ul>Who Should Not Apply<ul><li>You only want a marketing or desk job</li><li>You are not comfortable selling in-store</li><li>You need constant direction to complete tasks</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>40 Hour Week</li><li>Weekend and evening availability required</li></ul>Work LocationIn-personHow to ApplyApply through Indeed with your resume.
