<ul><li>Prepare and implement Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITP)</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements</li><li>Prepare and maintain method statements, checklists, and quality procedures</li><li>Review Material Test Certificates (MTC/MTR) for raw materials (steel, aluminum, SS, etc.)</li><li>Inspect incoming materials (plates, pipes, profiles, fasteners, coatings)</li><li>Verify material grade, heat number, size, thickness, and traceability</li><li>Ensure materials comply with ASTM, EN, BS, ISO, ASME standards</li><li>Control material storage to avoid damage, corrosion, or mix-ups</li><li>Monitor cutting, bending, rolling, drilling, machining, and assembly processes</li><li>Check fabrication tolerances, dimensions, fit-up, and alignment</li><li>Ensure correct use of approved WPS, PQR, and welding consumables</li><li>Verify welder qualifications (WPQ)</li><li>Conduct fit-up inspections</li><li>Visual Welding Inspection (VT)</li><li>Coordinate and monitor NDT activities (UT, RT, MT, PT)</li><li>Review and approve NDT reports and repair procedures</li><li>Monitor welding parameters and pre-/post-heat treatments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
