Site Supervision<ul><li>Inspect construction sites to ensure work follows drawings and specifications</li><li>Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards</li><li>Identify and resolve on-site technical issues</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Regulations<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations (e.g., UAE standards, municipality approvals)</li><li>Prepare and review permit documentation</li><li>Coordinate with authorities for approvals and inspections</li></ul>6. Material &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Evaluate materials and construction methods</li><li>Assist in cost estimation and budgeting</li><li>Optimize designs for cost-efficiency without compromising quality</li></ul>7. Quality Assurance<ul><li>Conduct inspections and quality checks</li><li>Ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards</li><li>Prepare reports and documentation for QA/QC</li></ul>8. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain project documentation (drawings, reports, approvals)</li><li>Prepare progress reports and technical submissions</li><li>Update drawings based on site changes (as-built drawings)</li></ul>Optional Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction regulations</li><li>Strong coordination and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience in metal/steel fabrication (if relevant to your company)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
