Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the client intake process, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of personal injury terminology, and experience with customer service. The Intake Specialist will work closely with clients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate a smooth intake experience.Duties<ul><li>Collect all clients personal information(Injuries, vehicle info, insurance, etc) ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Collect detailed facts of loss</li><li>Provide client with doctors information and appointments.</li><li>Report accident to insurance company.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the intake process.</li><li>Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Personal Injury experience as Intake Specialist or Legal assistant</li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to enhance client interactions.</li><li>Bilingual candidates</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining HIPAA compliance.</li><li>Experience in front desk operations, Legal assistants or Intake department in a personal injury firm.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Downey, CA 90241 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Downey, CA 90241: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
