Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the client intake process, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of personal injury terminology, and experience with customer service. The Intake Specialist will work closely with clients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate a smooth intake experience.

Duties

  • Collect all clients personal information(Injuries, vehicle info, insurance, etc) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collect detailed facts of loss
  • Provide client with doctors information and appointments.
  • Report accident to insurance company.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the intake process.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems.

Requirements

  • Personal Injury experience as Intake Specialist or Legal assistant
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
  • Bilingual candidates
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Experience in front desk operations, Legal assistants or Intake department in a personal injury firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
