Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives while developing your skills in childcare, teaching, and childhood development.Duties<ul><li>Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs or disabilities</li><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity</li><li>Ensure safety by adhering to all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary</li><li>Support children's emotional well-being through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty training</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages exploration and learning in line with early childhood education standards</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly preferred</li><li>Classroom experience or involvement in early childhood education programs is advantageous</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies is essential</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications related to working with individuals with disabilities are a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to care for infants and toddlers with patience and compassion</li><li>Experience implementing educational activities that support developmental milestones</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members</li></ul>Join us to inspire young minds!
