</div><div>Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our ASU Dispatch Supervisor position. The ASU Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for the operational management of the Norco ASU tractor/tanker fleets. The position coordinates and dispatches drivers and assets using dispatch software and telematics. Position includes the direct supervision of driver scheduling. Decision-making can include comprehensive re-routing and re-calibrating deliveries on very short notice to uphold service commitments. Impact can include potential for significant customer service and related revenue implications. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</div>
<ul>
<li>Effectively manage dispatch software and telemetry to ensure route optimization and dispatching activities as well as minimize negative impacts on customers</li>
<li>Assign delivery routes and schedules to bulk drivers and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant product deliveries</li>
<li>Monitor delivery progress, address delays, and resolve issues to maintain dependable customer service</li>
<li>Identify operational efficiencies in bulk distribution and implement change initiatives to improve productivity and control costs</li>
<li>Communicate with central sales staff when necessary to coordinate 3rd party supplier availability and scheduling</li>
<li>Act as a point of contact for driver concerns, customer issues, and urgent requests</li>
<li>Provide after-hours on-call support when necessary for drivers, and customer inquiries</li>
<li>Implement and oversee tractor/tanker preventive maintenance and repair scheduling to ensure maximum up-time and availability of assets</li>
<li>Lead efforts in tracking and ensuring driver compliance with all regulatory requirements including DOT, Hours of Service, CDL, and medical examination compliance</li>
<li>Coordinate billing and invoicing of customer deliveries</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding and training new drivers to ensure proper knowledge transfer and procedural adherence</li>
<li>Participate in incident investigations and support corrective action development and implementation</li>
<li>Update dispatch system with customer notes and work order ship dates as necessary</li>
<li>Follow Safe work practices in performance of all duties and follow the company's safety policies daily</li>
<li>Work well with team</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as assigned or needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>6 months' dispatch or leadership experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities</li>
<li>Effective time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Ability to make decisions using good judgement</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage staff</li>
<li>Ability to use basic office equipment: computer, scanner, telephone</li>
<li>Ability to work in frequently high stress situations</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li>

ASU Dispatch Supervisor

Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Respiratory Therapist/Clinician position. The Respiratory Therapist/Clinician is responsible for evaluation, ordering and set up of all Category II and III equipment including rehabilitation services as directed. The Respiratory Therapist/Clinician acts as a liaison between Norco and all referral sources and trouble shoots questions and problems with patients/clients. The Respiratory Therapist/Clinicians are also responsible for Norco QI program and sales efforts. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Work with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies and referral sources to 
optimize the equipment needs for clients</li>
<li>Perform evaluations in homes, clinics, nursing facilities and hospitals</li>
<li>Provide sales support and product demonstration to the healthcare community</li>
<li>Monitor Quality Improvement Program</li>
<li>Troubleshooting equipment related to oxygen and respiratory services during business hours 
and when needed after regular business hours, weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Market Norco services to referral sources</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>CRTT, RRT, RN, LPN, RPSGT or eligible for any of the preceding</li>
<li>State license, as required</li>
<li>Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a caring, personable manner</li>
<li>Excellent public relations and customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift 25 - 40lbs occasionally</li>
<li>Previous home care experience</li>

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Outside Sales Representative position. The Outside Sales Medical Representative is responsible for building strong professional relationships and working very closely with Norco customers and referrals. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to expand overall sales, improve overall margin, introduce and sell new products, secure business with long term supply agreements, all while taking excellent care of our expanding customer base. Qualifications
