Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our business operations in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing channel partners, managing key accounts, and strengthening Norden&rsquo;s market presence across all relevant verticals including ICT, Security, ELV, Data Center, Power, and Infrastructure solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development &amp; Sales&middot; Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.&middot; Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, enterprise, telecom, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.&middot; Promote the complete portfolio of Norden solutions including:o Structured Cabling Systemso CCTV &amp; Video Analyticso Data Center Solutionso Power Solutionso AV &amp; Communication Systemso Fire Alarm &amp; Safety Systemso Low current cabling&middot; Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular updates and forecasting.Channel &amp; Partner Management&middot; Appoint and manage distributors, system integrators, contractors, and resellers in Oman.&middot; Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.&middot; Conduct partner training, product presentations, and business development activities.Market Expansion&middot; Study market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and upcoming projects.&middot; Identify opportunities for approvals and vendor registrations with consultants and end users.&middot; Expand Norden&rsquo;s brand visibility and market penetration in Oman.Customer Relationship Management&middot; Maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.&middot; Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support, coordination, and follow-up.&middot; Coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams for smooth project execution.Reporting &amp; Coordination&middot; Submit weekly sales reports, opportunity pipeline reports, and monthly forecasts.&middot; Provide regular updates on project status, market intelligence, and competitor activities.&middot; Coordinate closely with regional management and divisional teams.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)&middot; Achievement of assigned sales targets&middot; New customer and partner acquisition&middot; Pipeline generation and conversion ratio&middot; Collection and payment follow-up&middot; Market coverage and consultant approvals&middot; Growth in brand visibility and regional businessRequired Qualifications &amp; Experience&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related field.&middot; Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of sales experience in ELV, ICT, Security, Networking, Data Center, or related industries.&middot; Strong market knowledge and business network in Oman.&middot; Proven experience in channel sales and project sales.&middot; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.&middot; Ability to work independently and drive business growth.Preferred Skills&middot; Strong understanding of structured cabling and integrated ELV solutions.&middot; Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and government entities.&middot; Ability to prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and market strategies.&middot; Leadership and team coordination capabilities.Compensation &amp; Benefits&middot; Attractive salary package with performance incentives&middot; Travel and business development support&middot; Career growth opportunities within the organization&middot; Training and product certification supportExpected Attributes&middot; Self-motivated and target-driven&middot; Entrepreneurial mindset&middot; Strong relationship-building skills&middot; Professional and disciplined approach&middot; Ability to represent the company at the highest professional standardsPay: RO700.000 - RO1,000.000 per monthWork Location: In person
