Job Summary Join our team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for guests in a lively environment. Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your passion for hospitality, will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related products.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.</li><li>Manage POS systems for accurate cash handling, billing, and order processing.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; handle serving responsibly.</li><li>Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow; assist with banquet events!</li><li>Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards in the food industry.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems and capable of cash handling and cashiering accurately.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.</li><li>Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts; experience in food service or hospitality is highly valued.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.</li><li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and special events</li><li>Basic math skills for transactions, sales tracking, and inventory management; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting is beneficial.
