Bartender

Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage POS systems for accurate cash handling, billing, and order processing.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; handle serving responsibly.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow; assist with banquet events!
• Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards in the food industry.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and capable of cash handling and cashiering accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts; experience in food service or hospitality is highly valued.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and special events
• Basic math skills for transactions, sales tracking, and inventory management; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting is beneficial.
