Job Summary We&rsquo;re seeking a part-time Administrative &amp; Marketing Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly and our online presence strong. This position will support day-to-day office functions, assist with customer communication, and help manage social media updates.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling or inquiries</li><li>Help manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally</li><li>Support social media posting and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business)</li><li>Organize and maintain digital files and records</li><li>Assist with light marketing projects or local community outreach efforts</li><li>Communicate with technicians and customers to coordinate appointments</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.</li><li>Experience with customer support or service roles is beneficial.</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Personal cell phone and computer with internet access</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Comfortable using email, social media, and basic office software</li><li>Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the garage door industry</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
