Part-Time Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
We’re seeking a part-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly and our online presence strong. This position will support day-to-day office functions, assist with customer communication, and help manage social media updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling or inquiries
  • Help manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Support social media posting and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business)
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records
  • Assist with light marketing projects or local community outreach efforts
  • Communicate with technicians and customers to coordinate appointments

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
  • Experience with customer support or service roles is beneficial.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Personal cell phone and computer with internet access
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using email, social media, and basic office software
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the garage door industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
