To support our growing operations, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the financial operations of multiple schools within the group.</li><li>Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.</li><li>Monitor accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.</li><li>Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Provide strategic financial advice to management for effective decision-making.</li><li>Supervise and support the accounts team across schools.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Prior experience in the education sector (schools or educational institutions) is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP systems) and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive educational environment.</li><li>Professional growth and career development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Experienced Accounts Manager – Group of Schools
