Head of Section (KG) – CBSE School

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Kindergarten section in line with CBSE guidelines
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate KG teachers and support staff
• Ensure effective curriculum planning and delivery for early years
• Monitor student progress, well-being, and holistic development
• Implement school policies, health & safety standards, and MoE compliance
• Organize parent-teacher meetings, events, and reporting processes
• Support inspection readiness and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience as KG HOS or in a leadership role in a CBSE school in the UAE is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of CBSE Kindergarten curriculum and early years best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and classroom management skills
• MoE approval required as per UAE regulations
• Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
