NorthStar Psychiatry is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee operations across our four regional locations. Based out of our Beaverton office, you will be the &quot;glue&quot; that holds our clinical and administrative functions together. You&rsquo;ll join a collaborative leadership team (CEO, Medical Director, Intervention Manager, and Billing Director) to support our mission of providing top-tier psychiatric care.Why NorthStar? You will lead a robust team of 8 therapists, 5 prescribers, and a diverse support staff of 12-16 individuals, including our specialized virtual assistant team. This is a role for a leader who thrives on building efficient workflows and maintaining a culture of clinical excellence.________________________________________Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities<ul><li>Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations for 4 physical locations, ensuring consistent branding, patient experience, and safety protocols.</li><li>Team Leadership: Supervise 6+ local staff and 6 virtual assistants; facilitate communication between therapists, prescribers, and administration.</li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve operational excellence and efficiency while ensuring exceptional patient experience</li><li>Utilize CharmEHR practice administration suite to achieve KPI&rsquo;s and monitor analytics</li><li>Collaborate with the leadership team and billing department for successful revenue cycle management</li><li>Work with intervention team for Spravato Buy and Bill inventory management</li><li>Compliance &amp; Privacy: Serve as the internal champion for compliance, ensuring all physical and digital workflows protect patient confidentiality.</li><li>Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Meet weekly with the CEO and Medical Director to align operational goals with clinical outcomes.</li><li>Human Resources: Handle onboarding, performance reviews, and scheduling for administrative staff.</li><li>Workflow Optimization: Partner with the Billing Director to ensure seamless &quot;front-to-back&quot; office transitions, from intake to claims.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 3-5 years of management experience in a medical or mental health setting. Multi-site management experience is a significant plus.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Tech Savvy: Proficiency with EHR systems and managing remote/virtual teams. CharmEHR and G Suite a plus.</li><li>Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and Oregon state healthcare laws.</li><li>Leadership Style: A &quot;servant-leader&quot; approach, in other words, someone who is approachable for staff but firm on policy and efficiency.</li></ul>________________________________________Organizational Structure at NorthStar:You will report to the CEO and Medical Director, and will work closely with the Intervention Manager and Billing Director.________________________________________How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your experience managing multi-site medical practices.
