This paid position offers a dynamic environment where your creativity and enthusiasm can truly shine!Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.</li><li>Engage actively with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.</li><li>Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Touchbistro for accurate order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail math and cash handling procedures.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages to management proactively.</li><li>Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying IDs, recognizing signs of intoxication, and adhering to all alcohol service laws.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts without compromising quality or customer experience.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet services.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.</li><li>Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements; nightclub or brewing experience is a plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology techniques to craft innovative drinks that delight guests.</li><li>Prior banquet or catering experience preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential.
