Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage actively with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Touchbistro for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail math and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages to management proactively.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying IDs, recognizing signs of intoxication, and adhering to all alcohol service laws.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts without compromising quality or customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet services.
• Familiarity with POS systems such is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements; nightclub or brewing experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology techniques to craft innovative drinks that delight guests.
