Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join in the leadership of our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or leading a team.Duties<ul><li>Open availability especially weekends (Saturday and Sunday).</li><li>Able to complete housekeeping board and support room inspections as asked by Housekeeping Manager.</li><li>Leads the department minimum of two days per week and additional days as needed.</li><li>Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.</li><li>Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Conduct industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.</li><li>Manage custodial responsibilities effectively, including waste disposal and restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas.</li><li>Assist in housekeeping management tasks by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors.</li><li>Provide exceptional hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents.</li><li>Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used according to manufacturer guidelines.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Ability to encourage team to improve and perform at their best.</li><li>Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning products.</li><li>Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and safety standards.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.</li><li>Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul>Join us in creating clean, safe, and inviting spaces for everyone!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
