Northern Pines Restaurant is a locally loved dining destination in Flagstaff, known for its welcoming atmosphere, quality food, and great drinks. We&rsquo;re looking for a versatile and team-oriented Bartender/Server to join our staff and deliver outstanding guest experiences both behind the bar and on the floor.Job Summary: As a Bartender/Server, you will split responsibilities between bartending and table service. You&rsquo;ll prepare beverages, take food and drink orders, and ensure every guest receives friendly and efficient service. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages</li><li>Take guest orders and provide full table service when needed</li><li>Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately</li><li>Engage with guests and provide excellent customer service</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas</li><li>Verify IDs and comply with all alcohol service laws</li><li>Process payments and handle cash responsibly</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of bartending and/or serving experience</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old</li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li><li>Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems</li><li>Arizona Title 4 certification (or willingness to obtain)</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Employee meal discounts</li><li>Supportive, team-focused workplace</li></ul>How to Apply: Apply through Indeed or visit Northern Pines Restaurant to apply in person.Pay: $18.35 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
