We are looking for someone who naturally understands content enjoys filming and knows what works on Instagram and Reels. You will work closely with our team to capture real moments across both Two Happy and NVSA and turn them into engaging on brand content.We are not looking for generic or overly polished content. We want someone who can help bring the brand to life in a way that feels real current and similar to how influencers create content.ResponsibilitiesFilm content during programs classes and daily activitiesCreate Social Media reels, posts and vidoes across both brandsEdit short form video contentStay up to date with trends and bring content ideasAssist with posting and engagementPartner with the team on brand collaborations pop ups and special eventsHelp capture and support content around these activationsRequirementsMust be comfortable filming people in real environmentsMust have experience creating Reels or TikToksMust provide examples of content you have personally createdStrong understanding of current social media trendsReliable and able to be in person 2 to 3 days per weekPreferredCollege student or recent graduate marketing communications media or similarExperience creating content for a brand gym or community organizationInterest in fitness wellness or community based workImportantWe are specifically looking for someone who actively creates content. Please include your Instagram, TikTok youtube, and/or portfolio when applying.SchedulePart timeApproximately 10 to 15 hours per weekIn person Northern New Jersey areaSchedule will be planned in advance each week but may vary depending on programs and events.Pay18 to 25 dollars per hour depending on experiencePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
