Northern Valley Sports Academy NVSA is a youth sports and neighborhood activity center focused on creating a fun active and community driven environment.

Two Happy is an inclusive wellness community for young adults including individuals with disabilities focused on mental health physical health community and independence.

We are building a strong modern social media presence across both brands and are looking for someone to help bring that to life through content.

About the Role

This is not a typical social media manager position. We are looking for someone who naturally understands content enjoys filming and knows what works on Instagram and Reels. You will work closely with our team to capture real moments across both Two Happy and NVSA and turn them into engaging on brand content.

We are not looking for generic or overly polished content. We want someone who can help bring the brand to life in a way that feels real current and similar to how influencers create content.

Responsibilities

Film content during programs classes and daily activities

Create Social Media reels, posts and vidoes across both brands

Edit short form video content

Stay up to date with trends and bring content ideas

Assist with posting and engagement

Partner with the team on brand collaborations pop ups and special events

Help capture and support content around these activations

Requirements

Must be comfortable filming people in real environments

Must have experience creating Reels or TikToks

Must provide examples of content you have personally created

Strong understanding of current social media trends

Reliable and able to be in person 2 to 3 days per week

Preferred

College student or recent graduate marketing communications media or similar

Experience creating content for a brand gym or community organization

Interest in fitness wellness or community based work

We are specifically looking for someone who actively creates content. Please include your Instagram, TikTok youtube, and/or portfolio when applying.

Schedule

Part time

Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week

In person Northern New Jersey area

Schedule will be planned in advance each week but may vary depending on programs and events.

Pay

18 to 25 dollars per hour depending on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
