Your proactive approach and passion for land care will be key to inspiring your crew and achieving outstanding results.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance activities.</li><li>Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and ensure timely completion of projects.</li><li>Oversee the proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation tools.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations.</li><li>Provide hands-on guidance in lawn care techniques, tree care, gardening, and horticulture practices.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>Conduct quality inspections to guarantee the highest standards of land management and maintenance are met consistently.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.</li><li>Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.</li><li>Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, and general landscaping techniques.</li><li>Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate and direct crew members effectively.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with construction practices related to land development or site improvements is a plus.</li><li>Commitment to safety protocols and environmental stewardship in all aspects of land management.
