Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance activities.
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation tools.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Provide hands-on guidance in lawn care techniques, tree care, gardening, and horticulture practices.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct quality inspections to guarantee the highest standards of land management and maintenance are met consistently.

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, and general landscaping techniques.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate and direct crew members effectively.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction practices related to land development or site improvements is a plus.
