Dispatch is a critical role to our success in keeping communication flowing for both the client and Team Member.You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For:<ul><li>Answering calls from team members, clients, and residents</li><li>Proactively engaging with the clients and community members to ensure safety and security services are provided by the team</li><li>Assisting in reviewing and releasing basic reports, problem solve and dispatch the appropriate Patrol Officers to respond to a call/alarm</li><li>Contacting team members to fill open shifts</li><li>Ensure team members are checking in regularly and passing along information through the proper chain of command</li></ul>You&rsquo;re a Great Fit If You Have:<ul><li>Experience in the security industry and dispatching</li><li>A current/valid Unarmed or Armed OR DPSST License</li><li>Excellent communication, judgment, and people skills</li><li>The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities</li><li>Tech savvy, detail oriented and organized</li><li>A mindset focused on problem-solving and making positive impacts within the communities we serve</li></ul>Schedule and Pay:<ul><li>Schedule is a Graveyard Shift and runs from Wednesdays-Saturdays 1700-0515</li><li>starting wage of $23.00/hr DOE</li></ul>At Northwest Enforcement, we hire team players who are humble, resolved, and passionate about adding value.
