We’re hiring a Dispatcher that leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment. Dispatch is a critical role to our success in keeping communication flowing for both the client and Team Member.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Answering calls from team members, clients, and residents
• Proactively engaging with the clients and community members to ensure safety and security services are provided by the team
• Assisting in reviewing and releasing basic reports, problem solve and dispatch the appropriate Patrol Officers to respond to a call/alarm
• Contacting team members to fill open shifts
• Ensure team members are checking in regularly and passing along information through the proper chain of command

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Experience in the security industry and dispatching
• A current/valid Unarmed or Armed OR DPSST License
• Excellent communication, judgment, and people skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities
• Tech savvy, detail oriented and organized
• A mindset focused on problem-solving and making positive impacts within the communities we serve

Schedule and Pay:

• Schedule is a Graveyard Shift and runs from Wednesdays-Saturdays 1700-0515
• starting wage of $23.00/hr DOE
