About Us NWE Dental Lab is a boutique, quality-focused dental lab serving doctors across Seattle and the Eastside. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in high-quality crown and bridge work with fast turnaround times and strong communication.Position Overview We are hiring for multiple technician roles within our lab. Depending on your experience, you may be placed in one of the following areas:1. Porcelain Technician (Ceramist)<ul><li>Porcelain layering for anterior and posterior restorations</li><li>Contouring, staining, and glazing (e.max, zirconia)</li><li>Shade matching using photos and prescriptions</li><li>High focus on anterior esthetics and detail</li></ul>2. Model / Die Technician<ul><li>Pouring and trimming models</li><li>Die prep, ditching, pinning</li><li>Articulation and case organization</li><li>Ensuring accuracy and clean margins for downstream work</li></ul>3. Finishing / Fitting Technician<ul><li>Adjusting contacts and occlusion</li><li>Polishing and final finishing of restorations</li><li>QC checks before delivery</li><li>Ensuring proper fit and function of crowns/bridges</li></ul>4. CAD/CAM Designer (Digital / 3D Dental Technician)<ul><li>Designing crowns, bridges, and implant restorations using CAD software (3Shape, Exocad, etc.)</li><li>Preparing files for milling and/or 3D printing</li><li>Working with intraoral scans and digital workflows</li><li>Collaborating with the team to ensure proper design, fit, and function</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in at least one of the above areas (dental lab experience preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with dental materials and workflows</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a team environment</li><li>Pride in producing high-quality work</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Consistent, quality-focused workflow</li><li>Supportive, small-team environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the lab</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
