Position Overview
We are hiring for multiple technician roles within our lab. Depending on your experience, you may be placed in one of the following areas:

1. Porcelain Technician (Ceramist)

• Porcelain layering for anterior and posterior restorations
• Contouring, staining, and glazing (e.max, zirconia)
• Shade matching using photos and prescriptions
• High focus on anterior esthetics and detail

2. Model / Die Technician

• Pouring and trimming models
• Die prep, ditching, pinning
• Articulation and case organization
• Ensuring accuracy and clean margins for downstream work

3. Finishing / Fitting Technician

• Adjusting contacts and occlusion
• Polishing and final finishing of restorations
• QC checks before delivery
• Ensuring proper fit and function of crowns/bridges

4. CAD/CAM Designer (Digital / 3D Dental Technician)

• Designing crowns, bridges, and implant restorations using CAD software (3Shape, Exocad, etc.)
• Preparing files for milling and/or 3D printing
• Working with intraoral scans and digital workflows
• Collaborating with the team to ensure proper design, fit, and function

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one of the above areas (dental lab experience preferred)
• Familiarity with dental materials and workflows
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Pride in producing high-quality work
