Dispatcher / Customer Service RepresentativeWe are currently hiring one individual to cover all shifts for a fast-paced dispatch and customer service role. This position requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while managing multiple computer tasks.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Dispatch drivers and coordinate vehicle releases</li><li>Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls</li><li>Provide professional customer service and assist customers with questions</li><li>Enter vehicles into the system and process vehicle releases</li><li>Maintain accurate records and update information in the database</li><li>Communicate with property owners and customers via email</li><li>Monitor and respond to dispatch requests in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure all information is documented correctly in the system</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong computer skills required</li><li>Ability to handle high call volumes while staying organized</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail when entering and releasing vehicles in the system</li><li>Professional phone and email etiquette</li><li>Reliable and able to work all shifts as scheduled</li></ul>If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment, we encourage you to apply.Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
