Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring one individual to cover all shifts for a fast-paced dispatch and customer service role. This position requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while managing multiple computer tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate vehicle releases
• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
• Provide professional customer service and assist customers with questions
• Enter vehicles into the system and process vehicle releases
• Maintain accurate records and update information in the database
• Communicate with property owners and customers via email
• Monitor and respond to dispatch requests in a timely manner
• Ensure all information is documented correctly in the system

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills required
• Ability to handle high call volumes while staying organized
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail when entering and releasing vehicles in the system
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Reliable and able to work all shifts as scheduled
