Job Overview: We are looking to add a dedicated cleaner to join our turnover team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the property and will need to manage all guest turnovers for three short-term rental cabins. The property was recently built and is located 5 miles west of Itasca State Park. We are open year round and are looking for someone to fill our primary cleaner position starting this fall. Please check out our website to learn more about our property!www.northwoodsaframe.comDuties:<ul><li>Provide routine cleaning services for cabin turnovers between guests</li><li>Perform regularly scheduled seasonal tasks</li><li>Perform monthly and bi-monthly tasks</li><li>Perform routine supply checks and re-stock</li><li>Ensure facilities are kept clean and orderly</li><li>Assist with maintenance tasks as needed</li><li>Communicate directly with Property Owner + Host</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in cleaning, property care, and basic home maintenance</li><li>Willingness to make the guest experience a top priority</li><li>Ability to perform limited seasonal tasks throughout the year as needed</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Flexible schedule, willingness to work weekends as needed</li><li>Live close proximity to property, ideally less than 20 minutes</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Positive attitude and friendly personality</li></ul>We hope you'll consider joining our team and looking forward to working with you!Tyler + MaryJob Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>We are seeking a passionate individual that has a heart for hosting guests.
