Turnover Team - Cabin Cleaner

Job Overview:
We are looking to add a dedicated cleaner to join our turnover team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the property and will need to manage all guest turnovers for three short-term rental cabins. The property was recently built and is located 5 miles west of Itasca State Park. We are open year round and are looking for someone to fill our primary cleaner position starting this fall. Duties:

• Provide routine cleaning services for cabin turnovers between guests
• Perform regularly scheduled seasonal tasks
• Perform monthly and bi-monthly tasks
• Perform routine supply checks and re-stock
• Ensure facilities are kept clean and orderly
• Assist with maintenance tasks as needed
• Communicate directly with Property Owner + Host

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleaning, property care, and basic home maintenance
• Willingness to make the guest experience a top priority
• Ability to perform limited seasonal tasks throughout the year as needed
• Attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, willingness to work weekends as needed
• Live close proximity to property, ideally less than 20 minutes
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and friendly personality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• We are seeking a passionate individual that has a heart for hosting guests. Do you feel that this job is the right fit?
• Check-out is at 11:00am and Check-in is at 4:00pm. The days when turnovers occur are irregular and we don't have a set schedule or days. Some bookings are shorter notice and may not be schedule as far in advance. Do you feel confident in being able to maintain a flexible schedule for cleanings as they come up?
