Position Summary: We are seeking a professional, organized, and outgoing individual to serve as the first point of contact for our company while also supporting our marketing efforts through graphic design and multimedia projects. Our team values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvementKey ResponsibilitiesFront Desk / Administrative (Primary Focus):<ul><li>Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>Provide administrative support to various departments as needed</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Graphic Design Support (Secondary Focus):<ul><li>Create and update marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations)</li><li>Create social media content and basic website updates</li><li>Support email campaigns and internal communications</li><li>Perform photo and/or video editing</li><li>Perform video creation</li><li>Help maintain consistent branding across all materials</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience with design tools to include Adobe Express and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier)</li><li>Experience with WordPress</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift between priorities</li><li>Positive attitude and strong attention to detail</li></ul>To Apply: Qualified applicants can apply through indeed or via email at careers@norweco.com.
