The ideal candidate should come from a similar industry with 3&ndash;4 years of experience, capable of handling day-to-day operations, coordination, and supporting overall department management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations within the LED department.</li><li>Assist the team with installation, assembly, testing, and quality checks of LED products.</li><li>Coordinate with production, warehouse, and design teams to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Support department leads in planning, scheduling, and task allocation.</li><li>Ensure all LED components and materials are handled and maintained properly.</li><li>Monitor progress and report daily updates to management.</li><li>Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major concerns when needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in the LED or electrical/lighting industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of LED components, wiring, and assembly processes.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle operational tasks efficiently and independently.</li><li>Basic technical troubleshooting ability.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and time management.</li><li>Must be willing to work 6 days a week.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
