General Operative

Norwood Modular is seeking a skilled and experienced General Operative for our LED Department. The ideal candidate should come from a similar industry with 3–4 years of experience, capable of handling day-to-day operations, coordination, and supporting overall department management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within the LED department.
• Assist the team with installation, assembly, testing, and quality checks of LED products.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and design teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support department leads in planning, scheduling, and task allocation.
• Ensure all LED components and materials are handled and maintained properly.
• Monitor progress and report daily updates to management.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major concerns when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in the LED or electrical/lighting industry.
• Strong understanding of LED components, wiring, and assembly processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle operational tasks efficiently and independently.
• Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and time management.
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
