Job Overview We are seeking an organized, forward-thinking Nursing Staffing Coordinator to join our team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and organize all nursing staff shift coverage in conjunction with resident census and mandated guidelines</li><li>Review staff time off requests to ensure adequate shift coverage</li><li>Minimize staff agency/pool usage</li><li>Post staff schedules 1 month in advance</li><li>Coordinate with Director of Nursing to determine open staff positions per shift</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience with staff scheduling in a healthcare or nursing home environment</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Experience with staff scheduling software (i.e. VSS Pro, OnShift)</li></ul>Pay: $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
