 Position Purpose
 
 
 
 To effectively and accurately execute export-focused sales and marketing operations, ensure a strong customer base, maintain company standards, and support growth and sustainability in global markets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in international markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage profit and loss optimization, balancing profitability with sustainable growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales and Marketing team while fostering performance excellence
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sector trends and propose proactive initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage customer proposals, order processes, contract preparation, and follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee export operations including documentation, customs, loading, freight, and insurance processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer demands
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive new product development, brand awareness, and marketing activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare sales statistics and contribute to budget planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen customer relationships and represent the company at fairs and industry events
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Finance, Marketing) to expand the export network
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from relevant departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English; proficiency in a second foreign language is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in export operations, customer relations, negotiation, and conflict resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 No restrictions on domestic and international travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, analytical thinking, and team management skills
 </li>
