Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced team member to join us as a Sales and Marketing Manager .

Position Purpose

To effectively and accurately execute export-focused sales and marketing operations, ensure a strong customer base, maintain company standards, and support growth and sustainability in global markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in international markets
• Manage profit and loss optimization, balancing profitability with sustainable growth
• Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales and Marketing team while fostering performance excellence
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
• Monitor sector trends and propose proactive initiatives
• Manage customer proposals, order processes, contract preparation, and follow-up
• Oversee export operations including documentation, customs, loading, freight, and insurance processes
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer demands
• Drive new product development, brand awareness, and marketing activities
• Prepare sales statistics and contribute to budget planning
• Strengthen customer relationships and represent the company at fairs and industry events
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Finance, Marketing) to expand the export network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments
• Advanced level of English; proficiency in a second foreign language is an asset
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
• Experience in export operations, customer relations, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and team management skills
